Sano Turdiev, born and raised in Montreal, began modelling at just five years old. After taking a break, she gained new momentum when she re-emerged onto the Montreal scene in 2018. She quickly built velocity and established a global following through a series of conceptual shoots with both emerging and established brands, which propelled her into the spotlight. She has since worked with brands such as Calvin Klein, Moose Knuckles, Aritzia, and Mejuri. Since then, Sano’s path has been defined by global fashion campaigns, agency signings, influencer work, and a relocation from Montreal to London. Proud and vocal about her Uyghur heritage, it remains a defining part of her identity and a quality that sets her apart.
